| | Cussler publications Made into Movies there were two movies, Sahara and also Raise the Titanic, based off of publications written by Clive Cussler. I believed that the movie advanced the Titanic yes, really stunk. It had none of the thrills and activity of the book, and none of the characters were anything like the personalities in the book. Even Cussler himself referred to as the movie "terrible", and it means a heap an ext coming native him. However, the movie Sahara, while really different from the book, to be still very good in my opinion. The characters actually acted how you would suppose them come act, although castle looked naught at all like just how the personalities in the publication looked.
