South korean food conglomerate Dongwon team said today it will certainly buy U.S. Canned tuna company StarKist to increase Dongwon"s sector presence in the joined States and also South America.

according to a Reuters report, Dongwon will hold a news conference on Thursday come announce the acquisition of "slightly" more than $300 million.
